Her Disappearance
Information is still needed in the disappearance and murder of Phylicia S. Barnes.
Phylicia disappeared on December 28th, 2010 from 6520 Eberle Drive in Baltimore, Maryland while visiting her sister. On April 20, 2011, Phylicia’s nude body was found approximately 40miles outside of Baltimore near the Conowingo Damn. No information has been released regarding the circumstances of her murder, because it is an ongoing investigation.
Family members and the Baltimore City Police, with help from the Maryland State Police and FBI, are asking that if anybody has any information regarding the disappearance and murder of Phylicia please come forward.
